A wonderful recipe for someone who wants to use some zucchinis from the garden or as a gift.

Stir dry ingredients together

Stir wet ingredients in a bowl

3 .

Stir wet and dry ingredients together, then add zucchini and carrots

4 .

Stir in chocolate chips (optional)

5 .

Grease pan/dish and put in oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
